The Bethesda Dream Centre is an outreach ministry of the church which is committed to provide social services and outreach programmes in order to meet the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of orphans, the aged, destitute individuals and at risk families within the Gauteng region. Lives of the needy are positively impacted to restore hope and change destinies.
Our Projects and Programmes
Life skills programmes
The term Life Skills refers to the skills you need to make the most out of life. Life skills are usually associated with managing and living a better quality of life; as well as realizing your full potential.
Learner support programme
Ensures children receive information about career guidance, employment, opportunities and gives support with regards to any school related challenges to give them a great head start in life.
School Uniform programmes
This programme aims to make provisions for learners whose families are unable to afford uniforms and develop an assistance plan that takes into account the financial means of the community.
Winter project
In the cold winter months, the less fortunate can have access to blankets and other essentials to keep warm and cozy throughout the winter season.
Food programmes
Food is a basic need. It’s a humanitarian responsibility to fight hunger worldwide. The church aims to deliver food where it’s needed the most, thus saving lives.
Gardening project
“Don’t give them fish; give them the rod to catch the fish”. This project aims to empower individuals with skills that will benefit them long term.
